Can I join a subscription plan if I already have an account?
Yes you can! Click on the subscription service you are interested in and we will automatically link your plan to your account.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription plan?
Yes! Whether you run out of monthly allotment or need more materials on a regular basis, we understand that things change. You can contact us here and we will be happy to set your account up with the appropriate plan for your needs.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes you can! You are able to cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fees. To cancel your subscription, go to My Account, and choose “Cancel Subscription.” Your account will be updated immediately. NOTE: If you had materials in your account that you hadn't downloaded prior to canceling your subscription, be sure to download them at your earliest convenience. Through our basic plan, downloads will disappear from your account 1 month following purchase.
