This resource is super helpful for therapists wanting to assess their kiddo’s eating habits. Use this by printing the material and marking which foods and liquids the kiddo accepts. This material can be given to parents to fill out. This handout also includes an additional section to assess favorite and least favorite foods as well.
- A comprehensive list of foods in the following categories: Vegetables, Fruits, Meat/Protein, Dairy, Grains, Condiments/Dips, Drinks
- Questions about a client’s food preferences and habits
- A section to record family goals related to feeding
I am an occupational therapist and I used this product with some of my kiddos working on feeding goals! This food inventory was a GAME CHANGER to make sure I knew exactly what foods my clients were eating and helped me have something to go back to again and again. It includes SO many different types of foods. I will be using this with all of my feeding kiddos as well as older students who are working on meal prep activities! Thank you for a wonderful product!
Useful resource. Thanks!
