Form Constancy Activities: NO PREP

Description

This activity features four pages of form constancy activities.

Form constancy is the ability to distinguish one object from another similar object, to mentally manipulate an object into different positions by just looking at it, and to recognize objects regardless of orientation, shape, color, or size. Individual letters, ‘b’ and ‘d,’ are included within each page and designed in a unique manner (e.g., different angles, different backgrounds, etc).

Clients are encouraged to circle all of the ‘b’ or ‘d’ letters and report how many they circled at the bottom of the page. Pages labeled as ‘easy’ or ‘hard’ are included within so clinicians may personalize the activity to their client’s current abilities and expected abilities in the future.
