TMV’s Scene Sorting Collection is a creative tool designed to help children improve their vocabulary and practice important skills such as categorization and discrimination.

What’s Included?

Fourteen picture scenes designed with a specific background that may be used in comparison to another. The themes are as follows:

• Transportation
• Rooms of a House
• Animals
• Beach vs. Park
• Grocery Store vs. Restaurant

How to Prepare and Use?

1. Print and laminate the desired scene(s) of your choice. Then, print, cut, and laminate their accompanying icons.
2. Attach velcro to various parts of the scene(s) and the backs of their corresponding icons.
3. Prompt your child with statements or questions such as,“Where does the lion live?”or“Show me where the airplane flies.”
