Sing and Sequence: Three Interactive Songs to Practice Sequencing
Sing and Sequence features three interactive songs that help children practice sequencing skills. Songs are to the tune of familiar melodies and feature four-step sequencing tasks. Songs can also be paired with transitional words such as first, then, next, and last.
- Cut out, print, and laminate sequence songs and sequence strips.
- Attach velcro to the back of the sequence strip images and to each of the blank squares found on the sequence song pages.
- Velcro the corresponding pictures to the top row of blank squares out of order.
- Sing or read the song lyrics with your client and encourage them to rearrange the sequence strips in the correct order on the bottom row.
