This material will set your child up for success with step-by-step descriptions and choices in regulation strategies for how to navigate this experience.

Read through the social story together with your client or child. You can choose to read the story before their trip to the dentist, perhaps every day for a week in advance.

This social story can be customized to fit the needs of each child by including or excluding certain pages depending on their needs and age. You can also paste pictures of your child, their caregiver, and their dentist over the images on the pages!
