Description
With the unprecedented impacts of COVID-19, families are spending more time at home. Caregivers are busy working and children are engaging in various forms of schooling. With all of this time together, parents may start to notice that their child is having participation difficulties while engaging in age appropriate skills such as school work, self-care skills, playing with siblings, etc.
Developed in partnership with Chicago Occupational Therapy, this handout identifies red flags that affect school performance and participation in daily tasks that you can keep an eye out for. If you have concerns about your child, it may be beneficial to schedule an evaluation with an occupational therapist!
